READY SET, BLOW

This is a layout I did For Malaya's first birthday cake pictures! Man did she ever have fun! When I look at these photos I sure miss having a baby....she is now turning 6 in less than a month and she is my baby.

Mars Crispy Bars

I forgot to take a photo but here is the recipe:

4 Mars Bars (Chopped)

1/2 cup butter or margarine

3 cups Rice Krispies

1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup butter or margarine

Heat Mars bar pieces and first amount of butter in large saucepan on lowest heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.

Add cereal. Stir until coated. Press in greased 9x9 pan.

Heat chocolate chips and second amount of butter in small saucepan on lowest heat, stirring often until chocolate is almost melted. Do not overheat. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Chill until set.

My Favorite Banana bread

This is my favorite banana bread recipe and it is super easy!

1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

3-4 bananas

2 tbs butter

2 1/2 tbs apple sauce

1 tsp vanilla

Mix it all up and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Zerlina's February Challenge to me.

Zerlina's challenge to me this month was to do a 2 page layout. You must use brown and pink, must do a semi-circle on both pages. I was also supposed to use a safety pin but I didn't have one that looked good on this layout

zerlina's January Challenge to me.

So My friend Zerlina and I have made each other monthly challenges. In January Zerlina Challenged me to use blues and purples and have a 4 picture single layout. I also must use pearls. So this is what I came up with
